Tap at Süden, Busan. Black, fading t head soon at rim.
Hard roast under lots of chocolate, some caramel, coconut. Stuffed palate. Coconut is rather overt. Bitterness struggles to arrive but when it does there’s pepper and maybe vanilla with it. Pretty good but more loud than deep.
