Bottle at Sørlandets matfestival 2026. Clear amber to brown body under a tan head. Aroma has malt, acidic red fruits and toffee with a wooden touch. Taste is sweet malt and caramel balancing against mild vinegar and sour fruit. Some oak and a little spicy touch also to be found. Balanced body with sweet and sour aftertaste. A nice mix of too totally different beers that integrates totally with each other, I’m not able to taste any of the base beers here. Fine balance between sweetness and acidity as well. Reminds me a bit about Rodenbach, but without the acetone.

Bottle. Dark dried fruit and a good dash of vinegar. Funk, dark candi sugar, leather and barnyard. A spiced, oaked touch too, and some tannins. Acidic finish. Interesting, not bad at all, but I'm my opinion there's too much vinegar. 646413
