Our beloved Saison brewed with barley and spelt from Deer Creek Malthouse, hopped with lots of our favorite Hersbrucker, and fermented with our 2020 Foraged Yeast Culture. It was conditioned in the bottle with our mixed culture for maximum tiny fluffy bubbles and extra character. This batch reminds us of others, and presently has notes of lemon bubble gum, yellow or green SweeTarts, wild cherries, tamarind soda, and some dusty dried pineapple wedges.

750 ml bottle from brewery. Fragrant aromas of bubble gum, lemon grass and fresh hay. Flavor is light, fresh and clean. Earthy malt, mild funk, cut grass, week old hay, lemon peel and mild oak. Refreshing and quite quaffable.

750ml bottle from the brewery. Lemon-lime rustic aroma. Massive white head on top of an unfiltered looking tan body. Effervescent and bright, leans way more into the sour than most of their canned Saisons. More of a sour at this point, still has some peppery depth too. Very Brett forward, faint hints of Orvalness, but doesn't quite have the body. This one really grew on me as it breathed and mellowed out, really superb stuff that wouldn't have scored as high from me at a rushed tasting. World Class.

Light pale biscuity amber, thick head, has some brett up front, decent and slightly bready malt base. Good saison with nice brett treatment.

Hazy dark blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a dry corky woodines sassociated with an old style Belgian wild saison or Gueuze. Moderately tart with some tropical fruit notes in the finish.
