Sample at Fette Sau. Clear pale golden color with a thin fizzy white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Apples and spices in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart apples, spice and malt. The finish is dry with an apple aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear pale gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is pretty mild with a bit of sweet apple and a hint of tartness. Flavor is sweet with rich apple and good amount of must, not to complex.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours pale gold with transient white bubbles. Nice aroma of fresh "yellow" apples. It’s spritzy and lightly sweet, followed by some fresh apple (like having a piece of ripe GD in the mouth), and then it gets a touch of skin. If this is based on red apples, they certainly kept the skin to a light touch. Clean and refreshing. Not exactly complex tho.

Smells of applesauce from a jar, with cherry undertones. Clear yellow, sparkling. Good balance of sweet and tart with a sour ketchup finish. A little funked up, but rather enjoyable.
