A classic timeless export Pilsner brewed using several highly technical methods, with special attention given to minimize oxygen pick-up at every part of the process, fermented under pressure and carbonated naturally this beer was then lightly filtered and flash pasteurised to lock in the crisp snappy finish and to ensure this precise delicate beer retains its harmony.
Brewed exclusively with hops grown on-site showing English hops can offer the same lemon, grassy, herbal flavours and aromas we expect from our favourite Noble varieties without the need for unnecessary airmiles.

Export Pilsner made with 100% English ingredients : Brewed using Farnham White Bine exclusively grown on-site, this is a super clean versatile lager reminiscent of popular Japanese lagers from the late 1990's.

In the glass expect : A classic refined and restrained lager with lemon, herbal grassiness and the elusive crispy lager snap.

Canned 12th May 2026 : This beer is filtered and flash pasteurised to remove flavour drift and keep it fresher and crispier for longer.

Panda at home, thanks to Mark the Bearded Avenger, 19/07/2026.
Pale golden blonde topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is pale malts, toasted grains, herb, straw.
Taste comprises pale malts, cereals, grass, herb, hedgerow, faint lemon nip.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid flavoursome pils with a light rustic edge about it.

Can ordered from the brewery and picked up at Hogs Back shop. Initial foamy white head is short-lived. Slightly opaque gold body. Aroma has sweet corn amd malts with a light citrus edge and a metallic hint. Light sour before developing a wave of malty sweetness. A bitter edge - herbal, peppery, slightly metallic - moreso into the finish. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. OK Pils.

Can via the online shop. Clear pale gold. White foam settles to a thin ring. Nose is all Birra Moretti for me. Sweet malts. Light syrup. Hops come across floral and lightly herbal. Taste has light sweetness on the lips but is mostly dry with a decent hit of grassy herbal bitterness. Clean and easy drinking (this can went in about four gulps tbh). Nicely bitter on the finish. Plenty of flavour and good body.
