The first Really Silly Triple IPA! Now we're talking! This is one of those beers that costs so much to make that it's purely for fun and not a beer made with my financial head screwed on. Completely saturated in the most intense hops the world grows. Using that USA method of overstepping what's drinkable. We've plonked for four of the USA's most incredible hops.

Grains - Heidelberg, Oat Malt, Wheat, Chit Malt
Hops - Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Idaho 7
Yeast - WHC Pineapple Passion
Water - Ca 72, Mg 4, Cl- 320, SO,2- 41, K 124

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 26/07/2026.
Murky orange topped with an off white head that thins to a swirl in time.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, light booze, pine resin, dank chimes.
Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, mango, ripe melon, orange zest.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with aggressive light juicy come grassy hop bitterness with a mellow rising boost.
Tidy TIPA with a leading bitter edge.

Can from Left Field Beer. Nasal enticing aromas of pineapple, mango, papaya, peach, guava, sweet citrus - full on sweet fruit action. Boozy sweet cocktail-esque mix of the above. Mouth coating sweet fruits, exceedingly subdued hops. Finely balanced. Lovely stuff!

Can. Hazy yellow orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head, doesn't last long. Airy smooth palate, a very mild dryness and a modest fine carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Yeah, the hops ain't been spared here. Soft cooling pine. Good savoury rounded skunk. Juicy citrus, not ripe but not fresh and bright either, stone fruits, hop spice, a decent showing of Mosaic blueberry and candy fruits. A little more hop spice on the finish. Could be and should be a little crisper on the palate but, a smooth and drinkable tipa with a nice level of hop intensity.
