Collaboration with Câr-Y-Môr
A Belgian Wit beer that captures the essence of the West Coast
of Cymru. Using Welsh Heritage wheat Hen Gymro grown by
Nant-y-Bach farm on the Ceredigion coast line and Welsh
Seaweed by Câr-Y-Môr in St Davids to produce a hazy wheat
beer with savoury and salty hints from Pembrokeshire-grown
oarweed. Enjoy the taste of our maritime terroir.

Can. Near clear slightly pale gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, not quite semi dry but getting there. Decent fine minerally carbonation. Light sweet malts, plenty of wheaty sweetness into dry but sweet fruity esters. Cooling pine and mild floral citric tang on the back end. Not bad for what it is, wouldn't want a pint.
