With two Australian hops, this brew focuses on the Southern Hemisphere and we were going for a summer vibe. It’s packed with strawberry and raspberry, backed by an orange and mango profile from the Amarillo hops, and rounded off with sweeter notes from Topaz.

Very slightly hazy gold with a frothy / creamy white head and a fresh fruit hop aroma. Smooth and a touch creamy, light biscuit malt, fleshy fruits, mellow hop bitterness, citrus notes and a soft tart bitter finish.

Cask at the Beer Palace, Chesterfield. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of red fruit, mango and citrus. Taste is more of the same. Light bitter finish.

Stockport Beer Festival 2026 Beer#7. A sixth in its series beer for my seventh fest brew, which is similar to the last two as a session hoppy ale, and similarly too being light golden in colour. There's hints is sugary-sweet tropical in this one.
