Pacific Wave Delay, a bold Red Rye West Coast Pale Ale that balances a crisp, dry finish with a punch of citrus-forward hops.
Brewed with a blend of Pilsner and Rye malts and a touch of specialty malts for subtle caramel and roasted notes, this beer delivers a complex malt backbone without weighing you down.
Hopped aggressively with Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Columbus, it bursts with bright tropical aromas and a resinous, piney bite. Carefully dry-hopped in two stages, it’s layered, lively and aromatic.
Perfect for fans of West Coast hoppy ales who crave a touch of rye spice and a wave of citrusy bitterness.

Amber colour and medium-sized creamy beige head and lace. Nose has caramel and kind of mentholy hops or maybe aroma of tea. Light-bodied. Caramel, peppery hops, dark fruits, lomg bitter finish. Kind of weird, more American style amber ale than APA.

0.44l can at Mikkeller & Friends. Clear golden to copper body with a lasting off- white head. Aroma and taste of bready malts, grain, grape seed, lemon zest and some pine. It has a lasting bitterness in the finish. Really nice. Great companion to a market hall lunch.
