Void Signal is a haze-driven IPA built on pilsner malt, pale ale malt, chit malt, and flaked oats, creating a soft, pillowy body with a slightly fuller backbone and a clean, modern finish.
Dry-hopped with Strata and Motueka, it unfolds in vibrant waves of passion fruit, lime zest, and ripe melon—Strata bringing a layered mix of tropical fruit and sweet berries with a subtle dank edge, while Motueka cuts through with bright citrus, fresh lime, and a hint of lemongrass.
Juicy, expressive, and beautifully balanced, Void Signal blends lush tropical character with crisp citrus lift, finishing smooth with a refreshing snap and a lingering zesty glow.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color pesca giallona, opalescente, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso una spremuta di frutta gialla, mango e soprattutto passionfruit, lime. In bocca è succosa, fruttata, abboccata, con chiusura amara a bilanciare. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto intensa al naso e gradevole alla bevuta, le manca forse solo un filo di secchezza, non lascia la bocca così pulita come ci si aspetterebbe.

A murky and golden beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has orange, red grapefruit, hint of herbal spyciness. Taste has grapefruit, some herbs. Medium bodied. Nothing special, but good beer.

Can shared at home. Hazy deep golden. Orange, oats, dank weedy hops, pine, grassy, mango, grapefruit. Solod sweet but also over medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Quite thick, flavourful and well balanced. Nice.
