This hazy IPA was Hop Drenched with Celeste, Galaxy, and Citra giving big notes of Hawaiian fruit punch, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, and piney resin with a soft, pillowy body.

Hazed orange topped with a good sized off white head.
Nose is juicy tropicana, grass, pine resin, mandarin.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine resin, dank tickle, papaya, ripe melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA.

Can. A hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head that doesn't last. Smooth palate, slightly airy and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Fairly light and soft pale malts, a forward creamy sweetness but, light and not overcooked. The new hop in town and its 2 middle aged mates, deliver hop spice, mellow and soft pine and a pleasant sweetish slightly floral and honeyiwh melon up-front. Segues seamlessly into soft but layered citrus and stone fruits, a trace of tropical fruits. The hop spice keeps ramping up and is now chowing down on the softer parts of me norf and souf. Airy finish leaves a long hop spicy linger. Nice job. Would love to try Celeste on its own. Tastes great here.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and light pineapple in the nose. Citrusy, pineapple, light alcohol and sweetish grassy finish.
