The size of a cherry and colour of a ruby the Knotted Kernel is one of the most beautiful and unusual apples we work with. Rich and unctuous, it provides the backbone of this delicious cider whilst the apples Yarlington Mill and Kingston Black add a smoky spiciness. Stoke red brings balance and bright acidity.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Deep orangey amber-golden colour, white foam head that dissipates and aroma of apple, core, funk, spice, earth. Taste is sweetish, appley, fleshy, fruity, with some core, alittle funky hint and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, drying light fruity& tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
