Keyaki. Little bit of sweetness, nice enough. Big middle score. Was wrecked by this stage.

On tap at Beer Keyaki Spring 2014. 5% a light gold with a filmy white head, incredibly pale for the style. Malty grains in the nose, medium bodied & smooth. Quite malt forward with a minimal hop presence.’decent.

Draught at Craft Beer Market Toranomon, Tokyo. Golden colour with a white head. No lacing. Sweet fruity aroma. Malty bitter caramel flavour.

Draught at Griffon. Proper light amber color, fine head. Light caramel flavors wioth a nice earthy hop bitterness. A bit of husk bitterness as well. Decent, with nice enough caramel coming through.

light amber color. Excellent bready caramel malty nose. Smooth malty mouth with excellent bready character. Just a touch too bitter for the style, but certainly new worldies won’t mind. Excellent depth. Bready bitter finish. Wow these guys can impress me.
