We found an IPA recipe in our photocopier that some hophead must have left behind. It looked so good that we had to make it. Intense hop aroma with a complex malt/hop profile. Snappy bitterness with a very dry finish.

Amber. Medium pine, moderate bittterness, just ok malt. wcipa, needs more hop brightness.

On tap at the brewery. Clear dark gold to orange with white head. Malty, cardboard with lasting bitter finish.
