Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow with a white frothy lacing head. Aroma spice, wheat, yeast, light metallic. Taste wheat, spicy, banana.

Taster showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of banana and light cloves. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Mildly sweet with forward notes of clean banana throughout. Pretty standard but not bad.

Bottle from local supermarket. Blond, slight cloudy with white fluffy head. Aroma banana, sweet, ice cream. Bit of wheat in there too but mostly sweetness. Taste nice. Bit more wheat and not so much sweetness as in the aroma. Some crispness but quite soft in the mouth. Not bad at all.

Big creamy longlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, yeast, minerals, light malts, hay, flowers, ripe banana, minerals, bark, paper, wheat, sour grass. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grainy, yeast, sour grass, wheat, hay, flowers, ripe banana, minerals, paper. Little bitterness, slightly watery yeasty mouthfeel. Fair enough.

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white fluffy head. Nose is nice sweet banana bread some spice and a little bit of tart wheat. Taste is more of a nice banana bread notes citrus very good.

Draught @ Tokyo Edo Week at Ueno Park. Pours hazy yellow with a small head. Aroma of yeast, wheaty notes, hints of earthiness and ripe banana. Taste is sweetish, yeasty and wheaty with some ripe banana and earthiness. Finish is sweet and yeasty with some wheaty notes, ripe banana and earthiness. Okay, quite clean hefeweizen.

Draft - Banana and soft grains. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Light banana and light citrus with a creamy finish. Solid.

Fall Keyaki 2015. Hazy gold with a huge soapy head. Lots of banana, clove and nutmeg in the nose. Slight citrus and lemony tartness on the palate. Easy drinking and very enjoyable.
