Pigs Ear. The Round Church, Hackney. Bottle from the Foreign beer bar. Hazy deep amber beer with a small off white head. Palate is light and dry and crisp. The malt has light caramel toffee. Little peel fruits and citric bitterness. Finishes with a strong fruity tang and a carbonated bite. Not bad.

Bottle. Very light citric and leafy hop aroma with a bit of clay. hazy golden, eggshell foam layer. Medium body, quite dry minerally sparkly mouthfeel. Pineapple and mango fruityness, citric and grassy notes, yeast dry finish, grassy aftertaste. Pleasant flavorfull drinkable ale - slightly less yeast would be good.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki (shared with Mankke & co, thanks!). Hazy goldeny orange colour with a small firm white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity hops, some herbs, mild caramel maltyness as well as some mild vanilla and wood. Flavour is rather similar with also some rather crisp maltyness coming in. One of the better Spanish beers this evening it proved.

33cl bottle. Amber with frothy and creamy off-white head. Good lacing and lasting. Aroma is hoppy, honey hints are also present. Flavour is sweet at the beginning with traces of brown sugar and caramel. The final is bittery, with a moderate persistence on palate. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.
