We knew we had to amp this one up to 11 so we’ve hit this DIPA hard with Amplifire Nelson Sauvin, Amplifire Motueka, Cryo Citra and ryo Mosaic. You’ll want to put down your glock and have a slice.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, getting on for semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, a nice level of sweetness. Hops bring cooling pine, a little hop spice and bright resinous lemon lime. NS brings a good backing tangyness. A little off the beaten track and all the better for it.

ZincFest2026. Thanks Stasi! Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is lemon, some citrus, tropical fruits, mild pine and some slight nectary tones to it. Flavour is citrus, tropical fruits, some pine, resin and a bit grapefruit to it.

Murky orange topped with a white head that retains as good sized swirl.
Nose is punchy tropicana, mango, pine needle, bitter orange, dank chimes
Taste comprises ripe melon,grapefruit, papaya, mandarin, subtle hop spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid punchy DIPA.
