Tap at stags head. Pours golden orange with small sudsy head that dissipates quickly. Nose is smoky and sour. Tastes of ham, smoke, lemons, salt, vinegar, red wine, the Brett is subdued, and grass. Tart and sticky palate. A real lip smacker

Bottle during RBWG Lobby Share. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is strong smoke, pepper, and funk. Thin mouthfeel, light smoke, tart lemon, really enjoyed this one.

Slutfest 2013: Smoke and brett nose. Milky yellow, headless. Tart lime and sour apple flavor. Pronounced band-aid on the back end, but strangely it works and I seldom feel that way. Definitely more brett than chlorophenolic. Smoky on the nose, which is probably where it should be. Nice.

750 mL bottle from the brewery, shared at Slutfest 4. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin fizzy head. Poor head retention. Aroma of big smoke, ham, stone fruits, pale wheat. The taste is tart wheat, olives, brett, smoke, citrus, mild tannins. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Pours semi-cloudy yellow gold. No head. Nose and taste of smoked meat, banana yogurt, tart lemon, oaky light funk and citrus peel. Slightly vinous. Not much. Taste has initial tart acidicness followed by heavy smoked bacon. Body on the lighter side of medium - appropriate for the style and ABV.

750mL provided by Travlr. Thanks! Poured a cloudy yellow color without much of a head to speak of. Flavor is some woody, wine notes with a touch of sour notes. Flavor is light sour notes, not too tart in this one - lemon, light spice. Drinkable. Finish is just so-so here.

Bottle from the source, courtesy of me, thanks! Cloudy yellow color, large fluffy head that settles quickly to nothing. Aroma of dusty and funky passionfruit, papaya. Taste is sweet and sour lemon and more dust. Nice.
