We’re all about the latest and newest hop technology landing here at Polly’s HQ whenever it breaks from our hop merchants. Prysma was first floated to us at the back end of 2025 and our brewers were positively giddy to utilise it on our beers - a liquid hop product developed over time by the wonderful Barth Haas to infuse intense and potent hop aroma and flavour without any of the harsh bitterness that can occasionally come from using such products. Utilising the Citra variety of this liquid hop, this pale ale absolutely sings with fresh orange, pink grapefruit and lime notes, before a pellet addition of Australian in-house favourite Enigma brings white grape, raspberry and cantaloupe flavours, balanced with a very gentle addition of hot-side Citra BBC to impart a whisper of underlying bitterness for balance

440ml can. Murky yellow with a white head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, grapefruit, lime, berries. Taste is very fruity, slightly sweet, tropical, papaya, lychee, melon, grapefruit, lime, red berries, hoppy finish with a touch of pithy citrus. Medium bodied, soft.
