Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 29/07/2026.
Murky orange topped with a lasting creamy white head.
Nose is juicy tropicana, grass, pine nibble, mandarin, melon.
Taste comprises orange pith, grass, pine needle, mandarin, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy.

Can. A mild haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light smooth pale malts, fairly sweet, not overcooked. Hops bring light cooling pine and a touch of hop spice. A nice Nelson grapey tang melds well with light, bright and somewhat enigmatic hop fruits from Waimea and Wai-iti. Soft mandarin, light bright Pomelo, soft peachy stone fruits and more. Soft finish. First few sips, I found this underwhelming but, as ever, patience and attention is rewarded and reveals a layered and complex IPA. A touch of soft skunk on the finish. Azvex class shining through.
