5% Belgian Wit. Citrus. Spice. Refreshing.
This is our take on the Belgian-styled wit beer. Pislner malts, locally malted wheat and oats, fresh ground coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped to give it a continental taste, with orange notes. A special yeast blend was used to add phenolic notes and amplify the fruitiness.
Really fun beer, and the white rabbit feels like the perfect touch for this time of year.

So we did make a version of this last year… but I love the label, and the beer was great - so we tried to make it better. (And I think we did!)
A great blend of ingredients from the malt, the Belgian yeast, the orange zest and the coriander for layers of flavours.
The Belgian yeast hits you with the clove, but is quickly balanced by the earthy-spiciness of the toasted coriander seed and brightness of the orange zest.
Such a great beer for the heat of the summer.

A hazed golden wit with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice banana esters, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
