Peak Saison showcases Pilsner and Triticale malt from Voyager Craft Malt and Red Earth hops from Ryefield Hops. Expect subtle spice, gentle citrus and earthy hop character. It is a dry, peppery and refreshingly crisp beer, with a lively natural carbonation from can-conditioning.
