S naší edicí Single Hop Ale máte jedinečnou příležitost prozkoumat a porovnat vlastnosti jednotlivých odrůd chmele na základě jednoho receptu. Tentokrát jsme použili českou odrůdu Saturn, která má velmi intenzivní ovocnou vůni a je kořeněnými složkami. V pivu můžete cítit třeba mango, meloun, meruňku nebo broskev.

1L Bottle- Golden with a white head. Grapefruit, hop resins, orange peel and some hints of pine and spice in the aroma. Hoppy and fairly bitter taste with orange, grapefruit and a biting bitterness in the finish. Tasty.

Tap at MP. Hazy golden, off-white head. Grapefruit, citric, slightly candyish aroma. Lean, dry taste, citric, grapefruit, floral, ending herbal with some green onions. Soft light malty touch makes it candyish for a second but it's dry and bitter really. Nice!

Med-thin body, medium carbo. Med-high bitter, med-light candyish sweet, light caramelly. Med general fruity hops, rather in berries territory, light elderflower, gooseberry, light grassy. Goodish, not greatish.
