The aroma is fragrant, floral, spicy, bready malt, some pear, melon, clove, cereal, nuttiness, honey and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, nip of bitterness, fragrant, floral, slightly soapy, pear, melon, twist of citrus, honey & lemon tea, dry wood and plenty of spice with a drying, fragrant finish. Average body and fairly high, foamy carbonation. Interesting offering.
