Regular tripel, not my favourite, but it is ok, warm alcool, a bit unbalanced, fruity, malty, side of plum, malt, but the alcool is strong. 14.04.2019, drinking it at Epalinges

bottle. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is a blast of yeast, and tropical fruit. Pineapple, and stone fruit. Full mouth feel, big carb. Finish is medium bitter, lots of fruity esters, lots of yeasty, semi sweet, cereal notes. alcohol is well hidden, nice example of the style.

Bottled 330ml. -Old bottle from friends cellar without BBE date stated on the label or cap/bottle. Darker golden coloured, small off-white head, malty, yeasty and light alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, yeasty, alcoholic, oxidation, some ripe fruits and cork notes in the finish. Too old.

Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a murky amber colour with a medium sized creamy off white head. Nice lacing on the glass. Aromas of ripe stoney fruits, ripe oranges, orange zest and some nuts. Taste is more notes of oranges, apricots, marmalade, hints of nuts, a touch of caramel and a citrusy orange pith hoppyness on the sweetish finish. Medium body with average carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. I’m not sure if this should be classed as a Triple or an IPA but this is the best beer yet that i have tried from this very good brewery. This really is an excellent beer!

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a medium white head. Aroma reveals a lot of effervescent Belgian yeast upfront, with light leather, and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of Belgian yeast, gentle champagne-like effervescence, and a touch of candied sugar. Only gentle sweetness here, with a nice Belgian yeastiness. Good stuff.

Bottle. Golden color. Malt, peach and nutmeg in the aroma. Sweet, alcoholic spicy flavor with cardemom and some distant tropical fruit. Dryish, spicy finish.
