Brewed with the food museum in Stowmarket using wheat grown in the museum. A classic white IPA with orange peel in the boil and a combination of Mosaic, Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Fermented with a Belgian wit yeast for a subtle clovey finish.

A pint from the keg at The Bohemia in North Finchley. The colour is a pale and fragile gold with a small white head. It calls itself a White IPA, so it something between a wheat beer and an IPA which is an intriguing melange. Very light texture, but a decent, if somewhat light, flavour, with notes of orange peel and herbs. Some attractive yeastiness and a good long aftertaste with a strong hint of cloves. A very attractive summer beer, which I would recommend to any adventurous beer fan.

3/7/2026. Cask at the 29th Festival of Beer & Brewing at the Food Museum, Stowmarket. Pours nicely. Good hoppy, citrusy, stone fruits aroma. Touch spicy. A little sweet. Nicely done.
