Taster at brewery. Pale, cloudy golden, thin head. Light grassy, fruity aroma. Taste is super soft, bready, faint sweetness. Probably the most approachable farmhouse ale I've ever tried.

Pours hazy pale yellow into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Citrus and funk aromas. Soft with sweet honey, hay and meadow upfront turning to lemon and funk in the lasting finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear very pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of straw and wheat with a bit of Brett underlying. Flavor has dry wheat and a bit of straw with a light funk coming through.

Sample at the Portland tasting room. Cloudy pale yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of yeast, lemon and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of lemongrass, peppery yeast, mild hops and malt. The finish is grassy and lemony with a funky citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Farmhouse Tap and Grill.
This was poured into a long stemmed taster.
The appearance was a hazy bronzed burnt yellow color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Semi-messy lacing.
The aroma starts off with some sweet citrus, fresh cut grass, then some peppercorn turning into some lemon pulpy sweetness.
The flavor takes all of the previously mentioned aromas and sweetly combined. Nice sweet to spicy aftertaste with finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with nice crisp semi-sweet feel to it. Carbonation runs light. Peppercorn hits just righ in a balanced harshness
Overall, really nice saison that I would have again.
