Bottle from MSBH 2026. It pours clear bright yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, zingy, tangy, lemon, fiery ginger beer, kinda herbal, straw, cracker and bread. The taste is crispy, snappy, some bitterness, green, grassy, herbal, pithy, zesty, lemon - lime, waxy peel, lemon & ginger tea, gingerbread, dry wood, floral accents and a nip of alcohol with a drying finale. Average body and high, fluffy carbonation. Thankfully the ginger is fairly constrained and doesn't dominate. Novel and drinkable.
