Or Give Me Death is a Double IPA that bursts with tropical hop saturation. A base of Citra brings forth notes of ruby red grapefruit, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and mango nectar. We then added Prysma Galaxy hop extract from our friends at Barth-Haas, which coats the palate with notes of pineapple candy, piña coladas, and passionfruit.

Pours a hazy, gold-pineapple, with mid-sized head. Aroma is a bit muted, but has juicy citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow and are more pronounced, with some bread/biscuit in the mix. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness through the finish.

16oz can of haze. Thick gold body, thick creamy white head. Nose has nice mango shaved ice, orange creamcicle, grasses, some wheat, maybe some durian lurking? Swap durian for cheese curd, then green grass, some scallion, mango and orange. Full bodied, some hop burn.
