Un territorio olfattivo dominato dal pane nero. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma va in rapida dispersione. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, spezie, arancia rossa, chiodi di garofano, frutta disidratata, rabarbaro, cherry, vino rosso, marsala e burro.

Il corpo è strutturato e multidimensionale. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si attestano impressioni di miele, cioccolato fondente, agrumi, spezie, arancia rossa, chiodi di garofano, frutta passita, whisky, cuoio, rabarbaro, pepe nero, zenzero e liquirizia.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is firm coffee and roast with coffee grounds, mocha, some chocolate. Moderate bittersweet flavour, more beany coffee in the finish. Medium body, not boozy with a big blast of coffee.

Il manto birroso superiore color marrone scuro è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato, agrumi e frutta disidratata.

11th Anniversary edition. 330 ml bottle. Pours black with a short foamy tan head. Aromas of sweetened black coffee, powdery black chocolate, a little vanilla, and lots of roasted malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on dark coffee and roasted malts but a little sugar pops up near the end. Very good.

bottiglia 33 cl, 11th Anniversary, schiuma appena pronunciata color nocciola scuro fine media persistenza, colore nero impenetrabile, al naso subito intenso caffè della moka poi cacao Vov liquirizia caramello vaniglia, in bocca caffè corretto Vov cioccolato fondente frutta secca liquirizia zucchero bruciato, corpo strutturato, l’alcool si sente riscalda ma non disturba, carbonazione piatta, oily, dolce compensato da un amaro accentuato, abbastanza secca. Il calore alcolico amplifica e armonizza tutti gli aromi. Un’ottima birra intensa avvolgente e non pesante. c. Fatti una birra 10.12.22

Bottle from Beerdome. Black with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, heavy coffee and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 180921

Bottle, 330 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Tomislav. Black with small tan head. Lots of coffee in aroma, chocolate, cocoa, roasty, moderate sweetness, nice bitter finish. Smooth texture. Medium bodied.
