(Draft at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 17 July 2026) Hazy golden yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, papaya, mango, passionfruit and funky hints of yeast. Fruity, tart taste with tropical fruit, passionfruit, papaya, mango and a slightly acetic finish. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh, dry and fruity, with a refreshing acidity. Very nice.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and orange. Flavour of lemon sherbet and grapefruit with a very dry finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Tart and juicy.

Appearance - cloudy orange not much head
Nose - dank, sweet apple and pear. Brett, lanoline.
Taste - apples, orange shred, dank, Brett and light funk.
Palate - medium bodied, dry and lightly tart finish.
Overall - seems to be the base beer for quite a few. Great stuff.

Bottle thanks to McCash. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of sherbet funk, citrus. Taste is lemon, tinned mandarin orange. Something grainy at the back. Quite smooth finish.
