On tap in a flight at the brewpub. Dark, hazy, opaque brown color, with a small, beige head. Very toasty, with some pine hops and herbs. Mild flavor, with a roasted bitterness coming through in the finish. Medium body, with a lively mouthfeel, and astringent - in a good way. Overall, this is a weak, flavorless beer. The palate is good, but the aroma and flavor are lacking.

Tap. Pours clear reddish amber with a medium beige head; creamy with great lacing. Aroma is caramel and faint pine. Flavor is the same, quite malty body with a faint bitter citrus finish. Full bodied and creamy. Not bad, but I wish it had the aroma in the description.

Draft at the source. Cloudy dark amber brown color, small neige head, solid lacing. Aroma of birnt toast and nutella. Taste is malty and nutty brown bread, toasted. Very creative for an amber.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber with an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grain and caramel with only a hint of earthy hops. Flavor has a nice citrus note with a bit of flora that finishes with caramel and earthy grain.
