Dark amber. Thin head. Light caramel, okay body, not much depth or complexity. I get a bit of alcohol in the finish but it sort of clunks over top. Decent bitterness but the malt character really lets this one down.

500ml @ Ryan's.
Aroma: mix of hops and caramel, some creamy notes.
Taste: along the same lines, hoppy and boozy. Very bitter.
Overall: meh, too bitter.

500mL bottle, pours an amber mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of dry bready malt, red fruits, and a touch of toffee. Flavour has pretty flat malts, with dry, dull bready malts, light red fruitiness, and a hint of toffee. Pretty dull, lifeless malts, too dry, not enough depth or sugars. Nice to see this attempted in such a place, but itβs falls very short.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Dark copper brown with small off white head. Subdued hops, bland biscuity caramel malt, seems like they were maybe inspired by Sierra Nevada Bigfoot, but don't have the quality of ingredients or expertise to pull it off. Average.

500mL bottle. Pours clearish ruddy brown with a white head. Brown sugar, dried berries, and a bit of pine on the nose. Flavour has dried berries, crunchy biscuits, possibly some pine. Malts fall pretty flat; it's not very well done.
