We took our Holy Cow IPA & aged it in rum barrels to add depth, warmth & character. Expect vibrant notes of mango & peach, balanced by a smooth sweetness & rounded body, with the rum barrel aging bringing a gentle spirit warmth.

Bottle picked up at the brewery by my mate Lucky Otter. Cheers Mark. Hazed ginger gold. Nicely soppy sticky semi leggy white froth. Nose has the rum barrel up front. Sticky citrus and ripe peach. Soft herbal note (presumably also off the barrel). Bit of alcohol. Sweet biscuit background. Taste is quite sweet to start with a ripe peachy stone fruit like estery bitterness. Sticky and rich on the palate. Semi sweetness remains with solid balance of bitterness. Good gear. Hard to believe this is the same producer of shite like Belgian Blue.
