Six years in, we’ve finally brewed a West Coast IPA. A collab with our mates at Kicks Brewing, Clean Lines layers NZ Motueka and Peacharine with US Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata. Bright citrus, tropical stonefruit and resinous pine, all with clarity and precision. No haze, no soft edges. Just clean bitterness, drawn straight.

Can. Clear golden amber with a cm of white head. Pine and breadcrust aroma with kumquat, peach and weeds behind. So it tastes although there is a hint of butterscotch. Dryish, but enough crust on the bread to not seem vacant. Fruity under a fair bit of pine. Fairly bitter finish.
