Aged in a blend of bourbon barrels for 22 months, this imperial oatmeal stout is conditioned on de árbol, casablanca, morita, and guajillo chiles. Layers of dark chocolate, caramel, and oak meet smoky depth and a steady, building heat-noticeable and lingering without overwhelming the base beer. Silky and full-bodied, with notes of vanilla and bourbon carrying into a warm, spiced finish.

Inky, thick, rich umami stout with a lot of chiles - guajillo, chipotle. Full body, low carbo. You have to like chiles, though, this is really spicy. Great beer for pregaming Wrigley, though.
