A classic English pale ale, brewed with whole cone Harlequin and Bramling Cross hops. Grassy and
floral notes, reminiscent of the sprawling hedgerows of the English Countryside, are paired with subtle
aromas of passionfruit, peach and apricot. The use of the whole cones as opposed to pellets or other
hop-derived products imparts a fullness of hop character to the palate, as well as a roundness and
depth to the bitterness. A satisfying, traditional pale, perfectly balanced and drinkable.

Arôme sur une belle base maltée - base bien anglaise avec une bonne présence houblonnée - finement épicée, côté un peu arbuste et un fruité troical / agrumes qui revient en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur un palais plaisant, soyeux avec la générosité du cask - pointe épicée et fruitée du Bramling Cross, infusion florale, finalité moyenne fruitée tirant presque sur le tropical.

440ml Can - Light in colour. Apricot, floral hops and hints of berries in the aroma. Moderately bitter taste with notes of blackcurrant leaves, caramel, peach and subtle tropical fruit.
