Bourbon. Dark brown and thin head. This is an attractive mess. Tart, bourbony. Strong, sweet. All good things, just not put together all that well. I feel like if you’re mood is glass half full or glass half empty is going to determine what you think of this one.

On tap at Jackknife. Pours black with a beige head. Bourbon and dark sugars on the nose. Flavour has boozy bourbon barrels, wood, roasted malts, dark sugars. Could be better integrated, but overall not bad.
