Apple nose with distinct maraschino cherry accents. Clear yellow, fair amounts of carbonation. Dry, not overly tart. Very quaffable. A tad watery, but damn, it’s only 3.2%. Probably an outstanding mixer in snakebites. For black and brown velvets, I like something with a bit more weight.

Bottle from New Beer. 3.2% ABV listed on the label. Ommegang chalic, MGD color & consistency. Mellow green apple, grappa, & banana milkshake scent. Taste is green apple Jolly Ranchers, but not nearly as tart. Stiff carbonation. Moderately low acid. Calcified/chalky feel that drags through the vanilla-ish finish. Watery, "crisp", & actually refreshing. Better then a standard Woodchuck.

Refrigerated brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours clear golden with very little white head. No lacing, very little carbonation, smooth/syrupy texture, and nice apple aroma. Taste is slightly sweet apple and slightly tart apple. Not a lot of flavor, but very refreshing and easy to drink.

Bottle @ home. Clear, golden appearance with no head. Sweet, a bit tart, apple juicy, light pear fruity aroma. Tangy, apple juicy, fairly sweet and fruity flavor with notes of vanilla and wood. Ok.

Bottle. Sweet apple and pear aroma. Pale yellow. Watery, sweet/tart apple juice flavor, like a bland apple soda. Light fizzy body. Not terribly impressive.

bottle - This pours up clear, pale gold and lightly bubbly with no head. It has a fresh green apple aroma. The taste is sweet and light as the label hints. There’s not much to it, but I found it quite refreshing after mowing.

12 ounce bottle from Vintage Cellars, Blacksburg, VA. Pours a clear pale amber color with no head. Aroma of sweet-tart almost Jolly Rancher-like apples. The taste is fresh and grainy apples, tart up front with a dry finish. Faint pears and vanilla. Thin-medium bodied. Decent.
