Can Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine and nibbley hop spice. Bright juicy citrus, I'm not getting any passion fruit, so often a frustration with Strata but, some nice strawberry coming through, white strawberry. Nectaron brings up the back end with light bright peachy stone fruits. Bright and very drinkable.
