Session NEIPA, 12° Plato, 4.2% ABV.
Hazy Pale Ale chmelený jednou z nejnadějnějších chmelových kombinací Citra, Nelson Sauvin a Idaho 7. Snadno si lze představit, jak komplexní, explozivní a známou, byť stále zábavnou aromatiku to přináší. Hledejte a nacházejte cokoli je Vám libo. Pivo jako celek se ale vydává o něco méně očekávanou cestou. Vlastní blend kvasnic, slad Maris Otter a štědrá dávka pšeničných vloček vytváří plné, hebké a výrazné tělo, které dává známým chmelům nový kontext. Výsledek? Pivo, které balancuje na hraně mezi tím, co dobře znáte, a tím, co vás znovu překvapí.
Some hop combinations have earned their reputation the hard way. Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Idaho 7 are among them, bringing an unmistakable burst of tropical fruit, citrus, and layered hop complexity that never seems to lose its charm. But One Burning doesn’t stop at the hops. A custom yeast blend, Maris Otter malt, and a generous helping of wheat flakes create a rich, velvety body that gives these familiar flavours an entirely new stage on which to perform. The result is a hazy pale ale that sits comfortably between the familiar and the unexpected — vibrant, expressive, and full of character. A beer that reminds you why you fell in love with these hops in the first place, while showing you something new at the same time.

Tap at NaPalmě while Gurthnar is running late hahah. Full golden body, lasting thick off-white head, medium retention. Bit chalky peach and floral-NZ herbal notes in the aroma, white grape touches. Lean, dry taste, heaps of lychee leaning on lime, smooth soft oaty notes, bitterish finish. Good stuff!

10.7.2026. Tap at Pivni zastavka (pic). Oxidative greyish colour, moderate worty aroma and taste. Wtf lol, this seriously went sideways somewhere. Highish bitterness, sharp biting edge. Lots of cereal oaty flakey body, med-high carbo. Med-light unpleasant phenolic element. Lots wrong here. 4,3.
13.7.2026. Tap at Napalme. Much better now, pretty much standard hazy offering, more on the bitter, grassy dank side, but ample pineappley tropicals too, med-light sweet. Overall good. The Zastavka piece came from an obviously completely broken KEG. 6,9.
