Canned. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow gold. Bubbly and fizzy. Smells of wheat and orange peel. Little bit of rye but your standard acidic wheat otherwise.

Notes from March 2009 Growler pour into my Carlsberg pilsner glass. A flume of champagne head, with lace just like it's namesake. Though it's all atop a dusty pale straw body. Smell is a touch doughy, accompanied by a little pepper. A subtle apple tone with a grassy touch. Even warm, it barely makes a showing. Flavor is dominated(I use that word hesitantly) by crusty bread, minoring with an illusive rub of citrus rind, & an itch of yeast. A pleasant toasted, iron-y taste draws out the finish. Coriander didn't show up in mine. In total, very much in reserve, & even watered down in some aspects. Just not enough flavor for such an interesting recipe. Carbonation is somewhat spritzy, but overall a little low(probably because I didn't pounce on the growler the moment we met). Dusty. Way too subtle & cautious I felt. Let the rye be free. Because of its tip-toeing, I can't help but think of it as an underachiever. A great idea that just needs some heavy tweaking(psst... more rye).

Draft - Traditional coriander and orange. Hazy yellow with a thin white head. Wheat, orange and coriander. Not sure if it is there or I want it to be, but a rye spicy kick I the finish.

Growler thanks to thirdeye11 via bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy yellow body and a small white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, grain, light spice and harvest leaves. Taste is perfumey, coriander and refreshing to the bone. Light thai basil and lemon grass, delicately tangy and lightly tart. Lively bubbles and dry. Lemon peel. Excellently citrus peel like wit beer.

On tap at RealTail Festival at Freetail. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a small off white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is a yeast and dry malt. Medium mouthfeel with a citrus and honey with a nice dry finish.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a lightly clouded yellow color with a thin white head that disappears quickly. Skinny strings of lacing. Mild citrus and bready malt in the nose. Light body with a clingy texture that coats the tongue. Flavors of citrus, grainy malt and just a hint of rye. The finish is citrusy with a grain aftertaste. Just average overall.
