The third in our series of our "Ape" session ales and weighs in at 3.8% abv, deep amber in color and brewed from a base of English halcyon with crystal rye, black and carabrown and malted wheat and oats. It was bittered with German Hersbrucker and Tettnanger and finished with Columbus and a little Simcoe. It was dry hopped with Citra, Sorachi Ace and bitter orange peel.

Cask. Hazy amber color, medium off white head. Aroma of earthy raw brown bread and flowers. Taste is dirty caramel and straw.
