A hazed blonde hefeweizen with a thin white head. In aroma, banana esters with light sulfury notes. In mouth, a light and watery hefeweizen, with light bananas, light cloves, watery bodied. On tap at the brewpub, August 13, 2011.

Served on draft at the brewpub on 4/8/11. Pours a hazy lemon-orange color with a creamy white head. Good head retention and decent lacing. Aroma of pale wheat notes and tart citrus. The taste is similar... tart citrus and wheat. Medium bodied.
