Bottle. Very pale yellow with a few bubbles. Aroma of dry and dusty red delicious apples. Taste is dry and fruity. Nice.

Reviewed 12/12: 2.5. Bottle from their Union Sq. Green Market stand. Chalice. Clear, very pale yellow body. Quick hitting spritz of head. Initial peary aroma. Lemon/lime, sparkling wine, talcum powder. Taste is like zesty prosseco or Spanish cava. Not much tartness. Somewhat herbal & mildly tannic. Lots of acid & plastic, with a yeasty finish. Touch of body. Very stiff, sizzling/irritating carbonation. Big, upfront walking into a mist of Lysol burn, followed by a cheap white brandy heat going down. Difficult to enjoy. This lacked a lot of what I love in Northern Spy apples. This was just way too hot & empty. :(
