An unknown pear made from a single tree grown at Perry House in Much Birch by the Baldwin family. Pretty little pears harvested at the very end of the season in a tiny 50L batch. Their unusual flavour is light and fruity, whilst also offering a depth of flavour, with hints of dried fruit and cloves.

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Hazed orangey gold colour, short-lived foamy head and aroma of perry pear, fruit, funk. Taste is fruity, perry peary, fleshy, melon hint, with funky notes, some mellow acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
