Acidulé comme un vin blanc, l'Accident accompagne les repas fruits de mer et reste un bon compagnon pour l'apéritif.
Brut. Tendu, fruité, pas d'amertume.

Clear 750 bottle from Press online. Lo-ball at home after a couple weeks in the fridge.
Settled light to medium gold, quick soda spritz, just a little active.
Oily, sharp, slightly fruity nose.
Small citrus prick upfront, middling sweetness to help contrast some middle high acid. End is thin, sweet lemon, leaning dry, slight tannins, with a sudden drop-off that makes this pedestrian friendly.
Cripsy-light co2, low abv, pretty thin body, drinks really easy.
It's alright to good. It is a uniquely sharp French Cidre, though it's pretty average as far as English or American sharp cider.
