A black beer, a head is medium and light beige. Aroma has chocolate, marzipan, honey. Feels sweet. Taste has caramel, chocolate, vanilla, honey, lots of sweetness. Medium+ bodied. Sweet, sweet, sweet, otherwise ok.

The beer poured black in color.
Vanilla and chocolate, custard. Flavor has chocolate, vanilla cream, chocolate cookies, sweetness in abundance. Finishes candyish with some bitter chocolate notes. For the style ok, just too sweet for me.

St Anne's Summer Seaside Day.Out Beer#4. Black without much head and sticky-sweet in texture and taste. Booze, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, the mix works well. Less well is my decision to order and drink in the sun on a very hot summer day. There's definitely more suitable, but this is top-notch stuff whatever the season.
