12.7 oz bottle from Reserve Society. Aroma is apples, cognac, raisin, molasses, plum. Pours dark brown with a half finger beige head that settles into a ring and skiff fairly quickly. Taste is sweet and surprisingly tart with beautiful barrel aged flavors accentuated by the apples. It warns the belly, but it’s by no means “hot” in a boozy sense. Excellent and delicious.
