A soft, saturated NEIPA loaded with expressive hop character. Strata and Mosaic lay down layers of ripe tropical fruit and citrus, while Citra and Krush lift things with bright mango and juicy stone fruit. A heavy oat and wheat grist with Verdant yeast creates a thick, pillowy body and a smooth, low-bitterness finish.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 24th July 2026. Opaque dull yellow with shallow, off-white foam and partial lacing. Soft and smooth aroma of tropical fruits. Zesty citrus in-mouth, and bitter citrus peel to finish. Smooth mouthfeel and a full body. Nicely crafted.

Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak. Cloudy pale gold. Thin foamy white head skims the surface. Aroma has soft stone fruit with a sour edge. Flavourwise it has initial more punchy citrus followed by a bitter streak. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable.
